When will my order be ready to ship?

All our bags are made to order. We don't have a stock of bags. The time to make a bag may vary from 3 days to 3 weeks.

When will my order arrive?

The shipping time for E.E countries is usually 5-15 days. As soon as the postal service gives us a tracking code we will inform you so that you can locate your package.

Do you have a warranty?

All our products are made by us in our workshop on the island of Naxos. Our products are handmade and covered by a 3-year warranty. Beyond this time period we provide repair services.

What type of leather do you use?

We mainly use leather from vegetable tanned calves, in natural color (vaccheta), dyed with impregnation colors or impregnated with oil (crazy horse). Rarely we use leathers that are tanned with chromium salts and then dyed. The inner lining, if any, is mainly from cotton fabrics .

What type of hardware do you use

Our metal parts are either stainless steel or brass in order to last and not oxidize over time.

Do you use chemicals in your process?

The only chemical we use is polychloroprene-based adhesive in some applications.

Do you have a return or exchange policy?

We do not accept product returns unless there is a functional defect.

Do you take custom orders?

We accept special/unique orders, however, prior communication should be made regarding the particularities of each product.

  • For our bags we mainly use vegetable tanned cow leather and less often chrome tanned leather.The leather we use is Full grain type.
  • This type of leather is the most natural form of leather, initially the hair is removed and then the hide goes immediately into the tanning process.
  • This is the reason why the leather on your bags may have scars,spots or even pyrography stamps.
  • Vegetable tanned leather creates a patina over time and use.
  • This is what makes every bag unique!
  • The metal parts on our bag are either Stainless Steel or brass to make them long lasting.
  • The zippers we use are YKK brand only.
  • We are a workshop making leather bags (and not only) on the island of Naxos. All our products are made to order in our workshop.
  • We mainly use vegetable tanned leather which is more environmentally friendly during processing and resistant to use and the passage of time.
  • With our personalized production, we reduce the waste of materials and products. Each bag is unique, the result of the handcrafted making.
  • We produce original or classic designs with quality and durable materials which will last a life time.
